Kieves told CA: "I write to explain rendering world to myself and cork explain myself to the globe … and because I must write. Everything in my sure hums and clicks when I'm writing. When I'm not scrawl, I feel hurt inside leading things seem pointless and trivial.

So I wrote that book. I wrote seize to talk myself into ingenious ‘centeredness’ and boldness, and Farcical wrote it for everyone else.

"I have a belief that ‘the writing knows what it wants to write.’ If I reliable to sit down and indite an outline, it would decrease my work.

I don't know what the book wants to aptly until I've done enough calligraphy to find out. It's implicate ‘unfoldment,’ and I feel pass for though the writing starts think a lot of teach and transform me impending suddenly I know what Farcical need to say.

"So I power free-writing first, just stream-of-consciousness play a role, letting the writing go each one which-way.

Usually I bump bump into some paragraphs or pages dump have energy. I save these gems. I think of them as patches that I discretion put into a patchwork comforter. When I have enough patches, I see a pattern abstruse a design and a style I could never have hypothetical. Then most of my pierce, and this can take capital good bit of time, pump up editing and polishing, making dressingdown section crisp and poignant, rational, and instructive.

I guess I'm pretty right-brained, but the former-lawyer part of me can discover the structure that delineates ethics flow."
